Commitment: FLow on the Go is a minimum 3 month commitment unless purchase through the month-to-month membership.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests can be made by emailing email@example.com. All requests must be made at least one week (7 days) before your next billing cycle. If made within the one week window, you will still be charged for your next month and future payments will be cancelled. If you have signed up for the auto-billed membership and would like to cancel within your introductory period, you will owe the balance on your account for the first three months and will be cancelled after that.
Grandfathered in Pricing: If you are subscribed at our Founding Members rate and choose to cancel your subscription, you are subject to the current pricing structure when you return.
PREVIOUS FLOW YOGA STUDIO PURCHASES
Any memberships, class passes, gift cards, merchandise, etc. previously purchased through FLow Yoga Studio are non-refundable. These purchases are not available for future credit or transfer to FLow on the Go. Their value has expired with the closing of our physical location.
