Free FLow | Outdoor endurance & cardio
This is an outdoor class that will utilized the bike path next to the studio. This circuit style class is a blend of brisk walking with standing cardio exercises along our way a roughly 1.5 mile venture. Class time is 45-50 minutes.
We will end the class with a cool down and stretch.
Class takes place outside so it is weather permitting. Please pre-register to ensure class will run.
