Restorative Yoga is a receptive, nourishing, transformative practice that is beginner friendly and a therapeutic way to unwind from the week. During class, we create a healing environment in the body with mindful and slow grounding movements, floor poses supported by yoga props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks), guided breath work, and meditation. In the stillness and quiet, we turn our gaze to inward transformation, observing the shift and balance of the nervous system, the release of knots and tension, and the creation of spaciousness and clarity of the mind.
