Mixed Mat Pilates at FLow Yoga Studio
Our Mixed Mat Pilates is a mat based class that will consist of basic yet challenging standing and floor exercises that highlight strength, precision and flow of movement. We will be using various props to intensify the workout while focusing on the mind/body connection. This full body workout offers you a safe and supportive challenge, and is full of modifications so all levels are welcome! You can expect increased flexibility, balance, toning and overall life balance!
