All you need is a crockpot, two ingredients (below) and that's it! ![]()
![]() Put the crockpot on high and the timer on for 3 hours. Get some errands done, take Danielle's class, come home, shower, and eat! ![]() Voila! Shred it up, throw it on a healthy wrap option or in tacos. Top with some homemade guac. The options are limitless! We are sure this will become one of your healthy weeknight favorites.
